At present, the company produces the largest wound tube heat exchanger, the equipment diameter is 1900mm, the length is about 2800 meters, the weight reaches 146 tons.For the low-temperature methanol washing equipment trial production of 8MPa working pressure pipe heat exchanger has replaced imported equipment, the product has entered the international market.Our company has provide 6 wound heat exchanger to customer from turkmenistan in annual purification of natural gas 50 x 108m3 project ,which has been delivered to the customer in 2010, the effect is completely comparable to the international equipment;Among them, the weight of 5.8mpa pipe wound heat exchanger in the 260,000 ton methanol project of Yuannan Yuantianhua Co., Ltd. is 105.5 tons, which manufactured the most weight euipments  and realized multiple flow exchanging heat technology in the chemical indusrty.
